1. Lawful use

Use the Services only for lawful live-entertainment, marketplace, event, booking, community and support purposes consistent with the Terms.

2. Security restrictions

Do not probe, scan, bypass access controls, exploit vulnerabilities, introduce malware, conduct denial-of-service activity, intercept data, obtain credentials, or access accounts or systems without authorisation. Good-faith security research must follow a published disclosure process.

3. Automation and scraping

Do not scrape, crawl, harvest, reverse engineer, copy databases, create unauthorised bots, or use automated means to buy tickets, manipulate queues, prices, reviews, rankings or availability without written permission.

4. Fraud and transaction abuse

Do not use stolen payment instruments, fake identities, refund abuse, duplicate claims, forged documents, ticket cloning, payout diversion, collusion or off-platform payment instructions intended to defeat safeguards.

5. Content and communications

Spam, phishing, unlawful promotions, harassment, impersonation, infringing content, deceptive synthetic media, harmful code and disclosure of private information are prohibited.

6. Enforcement

Encoreats may rate-limit, block, preserve evidence, reverse abusive activity, suspend access and cooperate with providers and authorities. Severe security issues may be reported under CERT-In and other legal obligations.
