Before booking

  • Review venue, age, accessibility, timing, transport and cancellation information.
  • Buy only through authorised channels and protect QR credentials.
  • Use in-platform payment and communication where available.
  • Tell a trusted person where you are going when appropriate.

At the event

  • Follow security, capacity, prohibited-item and emergency instructions.
  • Locate exits and assistance points.
  • Do not share drinks with strangers or leave them unattended.
  • Report harassment, overcrowding, fire risk or unsafe conduct promptly.

Artists, venues and organisers

Maintain emergency plans, trained staff, lawful capacity, first-aid access, fire safety, incident reporting, age controls, accessibility information and clear escalation contacts.

Online and payment safety

Emergency

For immediate danger, contact local police, fire, ambulance or on-site security. Online reporting is not an emergency service.
