1. Permitted messages
Encoreats may send essential account, security, booking, payment, ticket, event-change, safety and legal messages. Marketing messages require an appropriate permission or other lawful basis and must identify the sender.
2. Opt-out
Promotional messages must include a practical unsubscribe or preference control. Requests should be honoured without charging the user. Opt-out does not block transactional messages necessary for an active service.
3. Partner restrictions
Partners may use user contact data received through Encoreats only for the relevant booking or event purpose. They must not add users to unrelated marketing lists, sell contact data or use deceptive sender identities.
4. Prohibited practices
Phishing, purchased lists without valid permission, address harvesting, misleading subjects, hidden sender identity, repeated contact after opt-out, malware and mass unsolicited direct messages are prohibited.
5. Reporting
Forward the message header or screenshot, sender, date, channel and relevant account information to Report Abuse. Do not forward OTPs or full payment credentials.
Launch and legal-review notice
This is a structured operational draft for Encoreats and not a substitute for advice from a qualified Indian advocate, chartered accountant, data-protection professional, or other specialist. Before publication, replace all bracketed fields, confirm that every email inbox and response workflow is operational, and ensure the wording matches the actual product, payment, refund, data-retention, verification, event, and partner processes.
