1. Capacity and authority
You confirm that you are legally authorised to act for the artist or act, enter contracts, perform the services, receive payments, and grant submitted rights. Managers or representatives must disclose their authority.
2. Onboarding and verification
Provide accurate identity, PAN, bank, address, tax, portfolio and professional information requested for risk, payout or legal purposes. Verification does not amount to an endorsement or guarantee of skill, safety or future bookings.
3. Profile and availability
Keep genres, fees, location, technical rider, travel terms, capacity, availability and media accurate. Do not use third-party recordings, images, logos or music without permission.
4. Offers, bookings and performance
An offer becomes binding only upon acceptance through the applicable flow and satisfaction of stated conditions. Perform professionally, on time and in accordance with the accepted brief, rider, duration, venue rules, safety requirements and applicable licences.
5. Fees, commission, tax and payout
Encoreats may deduct disclosed commissions, taxes, refunds, penalties or adjustments. Payout depends on verification, completion, dispute windows, reconciliation and provider confirmation. Artists remain responsible for their own income tax, GST, invoices and statutory obligations unless expressly handled by Encoreats.
6. Cancellation and substitution
Do not cancel except for genuine emergency, force majeure, safety or agreed reason. Notify immediately and provide evidence where reasonably requested. A substitute performer requires prior approval and must meet the agreed standard and rights requirements.
7. Rights and promotion
You grant Encoreats the limited licence in the Content Usage Policy to display and promote your profile and accepted event. Separate written permission is required for ownership transfer, exclusive recording, music release or film exploitation beyond platform promotion.
8. Safety and conduct
Comply with anti-harassment, intoxication, prohibited-item, crowd safety and venue instructions. You are responsible for your team, equipment and conduct.
9. Non-circumvention and fair dealing
Where a lead is introduced through Encoreats, any reasonable non-circumvention period and fee must be expressly stated in the accepted commercial terms. Nothing prevents lawful professional activity unrelated to a platform-introduced transaction.
10. Suspension and disputes
Encoreats may pause a profile or payout for suspected fraud, material complaint, unsafe conduct, legal demand or unresolved transaction. Artists may submit evidence and request review.
