India-focused draft. Publish only after the bracketed company details, actual workflows and active contact channels are completed.

1. Respect

Treat attendees, performers, venue staff, organisers, contractors and Encoreats personnel with dignity. Harassment, intimidation, retaliation and unlawful discrimination are not tolerated.

2. Consent and boundaries

Respect personal, physical and digital boundaries. Consent must be freely given and may be withdrawn. Never use access to backstage, guest lists, private contact data or media to pressure another person.

3. Safety and sobriety

Follow capacity, security, prohibited-item, alcohol, fire and emergency rules. Do not perform duties while impaired where doing so creates risk.

4. Integrity

Avoid bribery, kickbacks, conflicts of interest, deceptive invoices, hidden commissions, fake reviews, ticket diversion and misuse of confidential information.

5. Reporting and non-retaliation

Report genuine concerns through the appropriate channel. Retaliation against a good-faith reporter, witness or complainant is prohibited. Deliberately false allegations may also be addressed.

6. Consequences

Consequences may include warning, removal from an event, cancellation, suspension, termination, withholding under contract, reporting to authorities or legal action.
