1. Ownership
You retain rights in content you own. Encoreats and its licensors retain rights in platform software, design, databases, editorial material and brand assets.
2. Licence to operate the Services
When you upload content, you grant Encoreats a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable licence for the period the content is hosted and for reasonable archival or legal periods to store, reproduce, format, translate, transmit, display and distribute it as necessary to operate, secure and improve the Services.
3. Promotional licence
Where you submit public artist, venue, organiser or event content, you also permit Encoreats to use it to promote the relevant profile, event and marketplace through Encoreats channels. Separate written consent is required for unrelated commercial merchandising, exclusive ownership, full music release or film exploitation.
4. Your assurances
You confirm that content is accurate, lawful and not infringing; all depicted people, performers, photographers, labels, venues and rights holders have provided required permissions; and any endorsement or sponsorship is disclosed.
5. Synthetic and materially altered content
Content that is synthetically generated or materially altered in a way that may appear real must be declared and clearly labelled where required. Deceptive impersonation, false event evidence, non-consensual imagery and unlawful synthetic media are prohibited. Do not remove provenance labels or metadata applied for compliance.
6. Moderation and removal
Encoreats may review, label, limit, reject or remove content under the Community Guidelines, law, authority orders or rights complaints. Automated tools may assist, but users may request human review where appropriate.
7. Event photography and recordings
Event organisers must provide clear notice where photography or recording occurs and obtain additional consent where required, particularly for featured use, minors, private areas and commercial exploitation beyond ordinary event coverage.
Launch and legal-review notice
This is a structured operational draft for Encoreats and not a substitute for advice from a qualified Indian advocate, chartered accountant, data-protection professional, or other specialist. Before publication, replace all bracketed fields, confirm that every email inbox and response workflow is operational, and ensure the wording matches the actual product, payment, refund, data-retention, verification, event, and partner processes.
