Government Compliance Sources

Official Indian statutes, rules, directions and regulator pages used to structure the Encoreats policy drafts.

Reference date: 31 July 2026Official sources only
Reference page—not legal advice. Laws and regulator directions can change. Recheck the official source and obtain professional review before each policy publication or material product change.

Phased DPDP status

The DPDP Act and final Rules use phased commencement. The site therefore describes DPDP readiness and applicable rights without pretending that every provision has the same commencement date. Operational workflows should be completed before each applicable phase becomes effective.

How Encoreats should use this page

Keep this reference page current, document the date of each legal review, and update public policies whenever the product, data flows, payment arrangements, grievance process, event model, partner contracts, AI features or applicable law materially changes.

Important distinction

Encoreats may use regulated payment, identity and cloud providers, but that does not automatically make Encoreats a bank, payment aggregator, KYC-regulated entity or government-approved service. Public wording must accurately describe each provider’s role and Encoreats’ own legal status.
