Effective: 01 August 2026 Last reviewed: 31 July 2026
India-focused draft. Publish only after the bracketed company details, actual workflows and active contact channels are completed.

1. Scope

These Partner Terms apply to business accounts using Encoreats to list, offer, organise, perform, host, promote, sell or receive payouts for services. Role-specific agreements and transaction terms also apply.

2. Business authority and information

You must be properly constituted or authorised, provide accurate legal and tax information, and keep licences, bank details, ownership and contact records current.

3. Consumer-facing disclosures

Provide accurate descriptions, total pricing, taxes, cancellation and refund terms, service limitations, safety rules, age restrictions and grievance contact information needed for the listing.

4. Performance and fair dealing

Honour accepted obligations, avoid misleading claims and dark patterns, communicate material changes promptly, and cooperate with support, refunds, safety reviews and lawful investigations.

5. Data protection

Use personal data received through Encoreats only for the relevant transaction, event, safety or legal purpose. Apply security controls, do not add users to unrelated marketing lists without valid permission, and delete or return data when no longer needed.

6. Fees, taxes and records

Pay disclosed fees and maintain invoices, licences and tax records. Encoreats may withhold or adjust sums for refunds, chargebacks, tax, fraud, legal orders or contractual set-off.

7. Audit and verification

Encoreats may request reasonable evidence of identity, authority, licences, insurance, delivery, attendance, safety or tax compliance. Refusal may result in restriction.

8. Liability and indemnity

Partners remain responsible for their staff, subcontractors, venues, performance, content, legal permissions and consumer commitments and must indemnify Encoreats for third-party claims arising from their breach, subject to applicable law.
