1. When this Policy applies
This Policy applies only where Encoreats or an identified seller offers physical merchandise. Digital tickets, QR credentials, memberships and service bookings are delivered electronically and are not shipped.
2. Seller and fulfilment information
The product page and invoice must identify the seller, product description, price, taxes, shipping charge, delivery area, estimated dispatch and delivery period, return conditions, warranty, and customer-support route.
3. Delivery estimates
Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed. Delays may arise from courier, address, weather, force majeure, public restrictions, remote locations or failed delivery attempts. Material delay will be communicated using available contact details.
4. Address and failed delivery
The buyer must provide a complete and serviceable address. Re-shipping charges may apply for an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery where lawfully disclosed. Risk allocation and title transfer will be governed by the sale terms and applicable law.
5. Damage, shortage or wrong item
Report visible damage, shortage, or an incorrect item within 5 DAYS with the order ID, packaging photographs and unboxing evidence where available. Rights for defective goods under consumer law are not restricted by an internal reporting window.
6. Cancellation, return and refund
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch where the order status permits. Return eligibility, hygiene or custom-product exclusions, reverse pickup, refund deductions and timelines must be displayed before purchase and applied consistently with consumer law.
7. International shipping
International shipping is unavailable unless expressly offered. Where offered, duties, import restrictions, customs delays and recipient obligations will be disclosed.

Launch and legal-review notice
This is a structured operational draft for Encoreats and not a substitute for advice from a qualified Indian advocate, chartered accountant, data-protection professional, or other specialist. Before publication, replace all bracketed fields, confirm that every email inbox and response workflow is operational, and ensure the wording matches the actual product, payment, refund, data-retention, verification, event, and partner processes.
