Official tickets
A genuine ticket is issued through an authorised Encoreats booking record and contains a unique server-recognised identifier or QR credential. A screenshot, forwarded image or payment receipt alone may not prove validity.
Protect your QR
Do not post or share the QR publicly. The first successful validation may consume or mark the credential as used. Refunded, cancelled, replaced or reissued tickets may become invalid.
Resale and transfer
Transfer or resale is permitted only through functionality or rules authorised for that event. Encoreats cannot guarantee tickets acquired from unauthorised sellers.
Venue validation
Venue staff should use the approved scanner or validation process and must not rely solely on visual appearance. Offline or manual fallback should preserve audit records and avoid duplicate entry.
Suspected fake ticket
Do not pay additional money to “unlock” a ticket. Use Report Fraud with the booking reference, seller details, screenshots and payment evidence. Entry and refund outcomes depend on investigation and applicable law.
