Effective: 01 AUGUST 2026Last reviewed: 31 July 2026
India-focused draft. Publish only after the bracketed company details, actual workflows and active contact channels are completed.

1. Authority and venue information

You confirm authority to list and contract for the venue. Capacity, address, facilities, accessibility, opening hours, age rules, alcohol status, seating, parking, sound limits, licences and restrictions must be accurate.

2. Legal licences and compliance

The venue is responsible for all registrations, trade permissions, fire and occupancy approvals, music/public-performance licences, food and alcohol licences, labour, tax, police or local permissions applicable to its operations and events.

3. Availability and reservations

Keep availability current and honour confirmed reservations and bookings. Clearly disclose deposits, minimum spends, cancellation windows, service charges, taxes, dress codes and entry conditions before acceptance.

4. Event operations

Provide the agreed space, utilities, staffing, security, crowd control, sanitation, emergency access, equipment and accessibility arrangements. Do not exceed lawful capacity.

5. Ticketing and QR validation

Use authorised scanning tools and protect ticket data. Do not duplicate check-ins, admit invalid tickets knowingly, collect unnecessary personal data, or disclose attendee lists except for the event purpose and law.

6. Pricing, commission and settlement

All charges and deductions must be stated in the accepted commercial terms. Settlement depends on reconciliation, refunds, chargebacks, dispute holds, taxes and payment-provider processing.

7. Cancellations and service failure

Notify Encoreats immediately of closure, licence issue, capacity reduction, safety concern or inability to honour a booking. The venue may be responsible for refunds and direct losses allocated under the accepted transaction terms and law.

8. Safety, discrimination and conduct

Apply entry and safety rules consistently and lawfully. Harassment, unlawful discrimination, unsafe overcrowding, bribery and retaliation against complainants are prohibited.

9. Content and branding

Use only authorised images, trademarks and event information. Platform badges or “verified” status may not be altered or used after expiry or removal.
